APP Warranty Info
APP Product Warranty: 12-Month Full Unit Warranty
1. The product warranty period is one year from the date of purchase. Customers are advised to keep proof of purchase or the sales sticker.
2. If a product is repaired by the APP After-sales Service Department, the replaced parts are covered by a 3-month warranty. If another repair is needed within this 3-month period, APP will replace the same part free of charge. The APP team will also attach the sales proof sticker to the product for future tracking.
3. Malfunctions caused by improper operation or human damage during the warranty period are not covered. Consumable parts are also excluded from the warranty.
4. We only provide after-sales service for products sold in Taiwan. Products not sold by us are not eligible for support.
5. Within the warranty period from the date of purchase, any malfunctions occurring under normal use (refer to the product manual before use) will be repaired by us.
6. The warranty sticker is valid only for a single product and is non-transferable.
7. Warranty Proof:
1. Sales date on the sales proof sticker (as shown below) |

Note: To protect customer rights and avoid unnecessary disputes due to unclear evidence, if neither of the above documents can be provided, the product will be treated as out-of-warranty and repair charges will apply.
During the Warranty Period, the Following Situations Require Service Fees:
If the following situations occur, the customer must bear round-trip shipping and related repair costs:
1. Malfunctions or damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, fire, earthquake, pest (rodent) damage, electric shock, moisture, abnormal voltage, environmental factors, or poor ventilation for the machine.
2. If the sales proof sticker has incorrect, blank, damaged, altered, or illegible information, or if the model number does not match or is not verified by the distributor, or if it is lost, the sticker is deemed invalid and not applicable.
3. If the machine is damaged during shipping due to improper packaging.
4. When returning for repair, all accessories, warranty card, and proof of purchase must be properly packed and returned. If damage occurs during transport, it will be treated as human damage.

If damage occurs due to user negligence (e.g., unauthorized disassembly or repair, improper use, physical damage), power issues, scratches, impact, corrosion, moisture, stains, high temperatures, product modification, changes to product specifications, or use of non-original parts or consumables, APP will not be held responsible for compensation or legal liability.
